"I needed stucco repair work on an old chimney (and other spots). Grady was meticulous and thoughtful on what approaches and materials would work. Throughout the project they allocated sufficient time for each treatment to cure and inspected the work before proceeding to the next step. Grady started the project with no money down and only required ongoing payments for materials until the project was well underway. The final payment was due only after they did a final inspection. Total project cost was also below other bids."

"Tried to get them out for an estimate in the fall of 2016, repeated phone calls not returned, finally got the estimate and after paying a $200 deposit in December (I think) best they could tell us was they would be out to do the work in late May, repeatedly called in May, couldn't give us a specific date, promised to give us at least a week notice. Called on Monday May 23 said would be there Tuesday at 8 am, my wife had to go to her boss and switch days off so she could be home, 8 am Tuesday they were a no show, at 10 am wife called "Sorry got tied up on another job, will be there at 2 p.m.", 2 p.m. no show again so she calls them again and this time wants our money back they promise that they will be there by 4:45 p.m. my wife tells them this is your last chance, now it should be noted that my wife works day shift and is normally home by 4 p.m. So now she lost an entire day for nothing. Well they showed up at 4:45 p.m. with one crew and started working on the windows, two more crews quickly appeared and they completed the job in less than an hour the workmanship is outstanding and the windows are excellent It's just their customer service needs a lot of work, I don't think I will use them again I don't know maybe if I need a single window replaced I might give them another chance."
