Small jobs welcome

My name is oscar Pedroza, a 23 year old contractor based in Arizona and the owner of New Gen services LLC. I was introduced to this industry at a young age by my father, who taught me the value of hard work, discipline, and doing every job the right way. Through hands on experience over the years,I’ve developed strong knowledge and skills in asbestos abatement, demolition , and environmental services. As a young business owner, I take pride in building something of my own while continuing the foundation my father started. I’m committed to delivering safe, reliable, and high quality work on every project, no matter the size.My goal is to grow New Gen services LLC into a trusted name across Arizona by staying consistent, professional, and always putting the client first.

"The report was very professional and detailed. The response was fast. The price was expensive but due to the detail, understandable. I wouldn't hire again due to multiple requests for a completed report and estimate for the mold remediation and just getting robotic replies that didn't answer my questions."

"I needed someone who could handle mold removal on a wall in an older home (had a small percentage of asbestos in the joint compound). I found Circadian EnviroCon on Angie's List and called them. They had changed their name to American Abatement. David Smith was able to provide someone to perform the work immediately at a very reasonable price. He even provided copies of certifications for working with mold and asbestos. The work was performed in one day. They visited the house again the next morning to ensure that all mold was gone. <br />"

"I want to say how grateful I am for honest, compassionate, business owners like Doug Baillie of PuroClean Disaster Response in the Prescott, AZ area. I had groundwater coming into a house I own, after recent rain and snow storms. My insurance did not cover the situation (needed additional "flood insurance") and another disaster response company wanted nearly $5,300 to simply take up and dispose of two rooms of new wood laminate flooring, cut out and dispose of wet drywall, put in some fans and dehumidifiers, etc. Looking for other options, I read reviews for PuroClean online, checked the Better Business Bureau, saw his 2014 Quad Cities "Best in Business" award for restoration services, and decided to call. I especially liked knowing his was a family run business franchise, and that he was a veteran with over 30 years of experience in disaster response work on nuclear submarines. In other words, he was definitely an expert in his field. <br /> <br /> Calling Doug was the best thing I could have done! I told him I wanted to do as much as I could on my own to keep costs down, while still ensuring the health and safety of the residents, as well as the structure itself. He took the time to walk me through all the steps I needed to take, even going so far as to detail the type of masks I should get and cautioning me not to use bleach on the wood studs, etc. After taking up all the wet wood, cutting dry wall, and airing out the rooms over the weekend, I called Doug on Monday and requested he come out to inspect for any dampness or mold we might have missed. I planned to hire him to do whatever remaining work was needed. He not only came out promptly that same afternoon, but was also very thorough and professional in his inspection. After testing and marking for me a couple of spots on the drywall that needed a little more cutting, he said that we had done everything right, that the rooms were drying out well on their own, and that we would not need any additional remediation. I really appreciated his honesty and professionalism and would not hesitate to call on him again. Furthermore, I wholeheartedly recommend his services to anyone needing fire, flood, mold, or disaster cleanup."

FAQs for toxicity and mold removal projects in Prescott, AZ

Remediation should keep mold from returning as long as the moisture source is eliminated. Fix leaks, control humidity, and replace water-damaged materials, then schedule periodic inspections to stay ahead of new growth. With those safeguards, your home can stay mold-free for the long haul while protecting both health and property value.

Most pros recommend leaving the home while they work on mold remediation. Removing mold stirs up airborne spores that can aggravate respiratory issues, and contractors can work more efficiently in an empty space. A short, temporary relocation keeps everyone in your family safe and lets the crew finish the job without interruption.

Mold shouldn’t return once the moisture problem is fixed. Stay vigilant: repair leaks right away, keep humidity below 50 percent with a dehumidifier placed in damp areas, and improve ventilation where needed. Routine checks for leaks and mold and quick repairs go a long way toward keeping your home mold-free.

Mold spores can trigger nasal congestion, throat irritation, coughing, wheezing, eye irritation, or skin rashes. People with asthma, allergies, or weakened immune systems often feel the effects sooner and more intensely. Some molds also release mycotoxins linked to serious respiratory or neurological issues. Swift remediation and better ventilation are the best defenses.
