"Had my water main split and started leaking heavily enough into the drive way that I had to turn the water off at the meter. James with Trusted Plumbing & Heating showed up midday and laid out my options and the price, which was inline with other quotes I had gotten that day. They were able to start work right away and estimated it would take the rest of the day and some of the following day. To help us over night James offered to get a temp setup in place so the house had water for the evening. End up that wasn't needed since things happened to line up such that they were able to get the new line ran and hooked up between the end of the day. They were able to use a trench-less method to get the line ran and there was minimal damage to my lawn. Vary happy that between Trusted Plumbing & Heating and HomeAdvisor I was able to get my broke water main issue resolved in under 24 hours."

"When I realized I needed a plumber, HomeAdvisor recommended Puget Sound Plumbing and Heating. They called me within one minute, and came out the same day, even though it wasn't an emergency. Josh and Roberto diagnosed the problem, offered me clear options, and I chose the one that made the most sense. I'm happy with their thoughtful efficient work, and I would not hesitate to use Puget Sound Plumbing again."

"Our basement had water damage from a sump pump failure. Custom Pro came out right away to begin the mitigation. Max was friendly, professional and clearly explained the process. He salvaged the carpet and did minimal cutting out of drywall. Arkady and Vitaliy answered all of my questions and there were many!"
