They scoped the sewer line with a camera and found a big blockage that was caused by roots. They were able to clear the blockage. Everything is now working great. "These folks reached out promptly, asked me questions to determine the extent of our situation and what solutions that I had tried, then sent a technician to correct our plumbing problem. There were complications with our old plumbing. The whole system was affected. We were able to clear the blockage but it took some time.
