"When I initiated the request for estimate I indicated that because I have an older house I was interested in the most econimical solution. The salesman showed us the Lexan panels and did not offer anything cheaper. His written quote was just the total on a scratch pad. He tried to get us to make a decision that day. I explained I was getting another quote the next Monday and he could call on Tuesday to see if we had made a decision. Unfortunately, the gentleman called my cell phone and left no message. Also there was no identification to who the person was calling. When he finally reached me I explained we had decided to go with Shutter Up. I explained to the gentlemen I never return phone calls to unknown numbers and he should have left a message in order that I knew who was calling.

"Everything went well. Beautiful work and always fair with the pricing. Will always knows the right materials to use when building, never cheap materials. Never in a rush neither but always finishing in a timely manner. If Will says it will take a week, a week is what you’re looking at. Always true to his word."

"The work went well, There was a communication blip in the beginning, but once that was resolved, they came out and did the job efficiently and professionally. Any missed details were taken care quickly, and everything looked amazing once done. I had a bit to cleanup once they left, but not too too much. I would definately recommend due to how fast the work was completed both times."
