"Installed 4 ceiling fans and 1 chandelier. Excellent service, done in a timely manner. Arrived punctually and began work promptly. Used drop cloths to catch debris and cleaned up nicely. Friendly, polite and respectful. Price was as quoted and very reasonable for the service provide. Very flexible and even installed 1 additional ceiling fan for an additional fee. Worked thru a couple of challenges with bad parts supplied by the manufacturer with no problems, to get the job done. Good quality work, professionally done. Highly recommended."

The photos of both bathrooms do not even do it justice because we can't capture the entire room with one photo. We contracted with CRG Remodeling in May 2019 for a kitchen and powder room remodel in Washington DC, and ended up doing much more, including LR/DR/hallway painting, plumbing fixes, and an office remodel. We found Cornelio to be honest, highly efficient, professional, responsive, can-do and flexible. He is easy to communicate with, punctual, skillful, and knowledgeable. The team fixed problems as needed and any additional work was priced fairly. He has an excellent crew which was capable of doing most of the work (floor sanding was done by others). "The kitchen turned out better than I could have imagined and was a completely gutted down to the original floorboards.  As part of the remodel a wall was taken out in the kitchen to open it up, the existing pantry was moved to make room for the new refrigerator, and the pantry was relocated to another location in the kitchen.   Old fluorescent track lighting was removed and recessed lighting was added. Additionally we removed the outdated plant window over the sink and replaced it with a new, modern, more insulated window.  Wood floors were added to the kitchen as well as throughout the entire first floor.
 The master bath was also fully gutted and enlarged to allow for a larger shower with frameless doors, new, larger vanity and soaking tub and bathroom window was also replaced.
As any remodeling project goes, unanticipated problems pop up and we certainly had our share with this old house.  AMS was very fair in analyzing how best to resolve the problem at hand and also containing the unanticipated costs.
The kitchen and bath remodel were completed about a month ago and we are now in the process of working on Phase II, updating the hall bathroom / shower and replacing the carpet on the steps with wood steps and an updated banister.  Thanks to AMS, our house is now a place we call home and we thoroughly enjoy spending time in our new kitchen and bathroom

"Very well. Robert explained the work they would do and he coordinated tile, plumbing and countertop replacement. We had an early 80's kitchen that needed help but we didn't want a major renovation. They updated our cabinets with new, larger doors, painted the frames, added soft-close hinges, and constructed a new cabinet to replace a built-in desk. New backsplash, granite countertops, and hardware. Their work was a superb value and we're pleased with our new "bright" kitchen!"
