"All thru the process, from the estimate with Preston, Steve marking the lawn for the sprinkler head, the installation team and Ruben showing how to set up the controller, the entire process was fantastic. All were there to make sure I got the best customer service possible."

"Steve Marien did a fantastic job from start to finish on the installation of my sprinkler system. He was present when the very professional crew showed up and would stop by each day checking on the work done and explaining the installation process each day. Once the installation was complete he gave a quick training course on how to setup and run my system. Years later if I have a question or need someone to stop by and check the system, he always stops by and quickly replies to my questions. Whenever anyone inquires about a sprinkler system, I quickly mention Steve Marion and Dallas Water Solutions. I am extremely satisfied and do not hesitate recommending Steve and DWS."

"I had original sprinklers heads in 17 zones he replaced old heads with new ones that would not be damaged with mower or car around driveway adjusted the beards to spray only the grass not home or sidewalks as well as set up the schedule and installed battery backup A very pleasant young man I would highly recommend"

"Quick inspection, very competitive bid and job started in less than 48 hours and completed within 4 hours. Dany (estimator & field supervisor) was terrific in every way and the 3 man crew was a seasoned group that did a very professional pruning job on two 30 year old oaks and then chipping, excellent cleanup and haul-off. Did an excellent job working around and protecting festoon lights, many potted plants and other backyard improvements. I will certainly use Sal's in the future and highly recommend them to anyone needing great & expedient tree service at a fair price. Neil. The Colony, Texas"

"Several sprinklers were not working. They were able to diagnoste the problem and repair this system. Two zone valves were replaced"

"David came out early on his July 4th holiday to help us figure out what needed to be done because we were in a time crunch. The crew that came out were gracious, diligent and did a fantastic job."

"Two leaks in sprinkler system, both in locations that this do-it-yourselfer didn't want to tackle. I called several places listed on Angie's List and Christopher was the only one who said he "might" be able to deal with it the next day (caveated on finishing another job in time, otherwise he too said it would be sometime next week). All others said it would be in a week or more. He and his assistant came out the next afternoon and spent a couple hours on the job. One break was right next to a valve that he said was old so he suggested that I allow him to replace it, which I did. He provided pricing as he went along, so there wasn't a surprise at the end. It did end up costing more than I anticipated, but what home repair doesn't? I was pleasantly surprised and pleased with the effort they put into clean up prior to leaving. I could hardly tell where they had dug things up."

"Scheduled accordingly via Angies list message. Showed up on time as scheduled. Fixed sprinkler head issue no problem very quickly. waited for me to test the system and found another issue of a zone not shutting off. Knew exactly what the problem was and I agreed to have the control valve replaced. replaced it and system is working as it should be. Excellent service. Will use again."

"He was timely in returining my call and very honest in describing the services he provided with payment specifications. He was fast in servicing my sprinkler and also instructed me how to properly water my lawn according to required specifications. My lawn looks impeckable, even during the hottest part of the summer. Very professional & cordual. C.K."
