"It went great! Jerry was just getting out of the hospital when I called to schedule my appointment. He answered promptly and they had someone out the next day. My water heater is no longer making the noise. They told me if it starts making noise again, they would remove and exchange for new water heater themselves. They were very professional and nice. "The blockage was successful unstopped, but the oil and grease was left all over my driveway and my flowerbeds were a mess. It was way too expensive for a mess to be made of this magnitude.
