All of our inspectors hold Associats Degrees in Building Inspection Technology which required classes in Building Codes, Electrical Codes, Mechanical Codes, Plumbing Codes, Engineering Classes, Plan Review Classes and technical Report writing classes. All new employeees go through an extensive consistetency training program before going to work for us, so you always get the same highly efficient, educated and friendly staff who understand the key diffrnece between a minor defect and a serious structural concern. We don’t write books we write quality easy to read reports.\n \nOne thing for sure is that a home inspection requires work, a lot of work. One example of the type of man Jim is, we had a major concern about our shower due to a manufacturer defect on the part. Jim called me back at 10pm before Thanksgiving while sick and on vacation, and got a plumber out within 30 minutes to fix it and save the pipes. This sort of above and beyond work ethic has been present with everything he and his staff have done for us."
