"R3 Homes did a COMPLETE RENOVATION of my 20 year old rental home. New floors, New bathrooms, new ceiling, lighting, kitchen counter, ALL appliances, new Furnish, New hotwater heater, New insulation under the house, managed the new plumbing of the entire house. Replaced the sliding door, replaced the front door. All kitchen cabinet were painted to match the decor. Recommended Mountain Marble in Bend to do my bathroom. Fantastic job and the cost was amazingly affordable. Best of all during the "cold snap" in Feb a water pipe broke and flooded the crawl space. R3 arriving a 6:00 am noticed the problem, cut the water at the main, immediately got a pump and started pumping the water from the crawl space. We contacted the insurance company and R3 coordinated all the necessary info with the agent and continued with the remodel project.. Absolutely the best company I have worked with and I have 12 rental properties around the country. Some of his workmanship - especially the fine details like small paint splatter, garage floor epoxy coat application, and cabinet painting - was 3 stars at first. Other work he did - installing new plumbing fixtures, bathtub sliding doors, sheet metal exhaust for kitchen - were 5 stars. Paul consistently worked to get it right and make me happy. He was always responsive and available. His attitude is 5 starts. He was open about his costs. Some things dragged on but most remodel contractors suffer from this ailment. Because of the scarcity of tradesmen in Bend/Central Oregon, I recommend learning the history about his subcontractors before they start work on your house. Most were good but a couple did not have the right experience."
