"Very professional and efficient flooring installation company . Joshua and his crew provided a great service."

"John's bid to repair a section of our was very reasonable. He came on time, worked efficiently, did great work and cleaned up the area. I would highly recommend him for various types of work he feels he can do."

"John owns and manages an outstanding painting service company. We solicited five bids and Optimum was the lowest (including our Angies List discount). John worked with my wife and I to coordinate a schedule that was optimum (no pun intended) for our travel schedule to Black Butte. The quality of the painting (which included some minor reconstruction of our chimney structure on our roof) was outstanding. Every part of the house was checked and touched up after the inititial paint application. The PPG Manor House paint has a lifetime warranty. John's kept me appraised of progress on a real time basis and made his scheduled completion interim and final completion times aand dates. John's team was exteremely professional in communicating their objectives and process. Optimum is a very well managed organization that delivered a high quality exterior paint job in an efficient and timely manner."

"Devin was a pleasant person to work with. His price was good and work was excellent. Our floor looks great. I would highly recommend Devin and I would hire him again for any project."

"We just finished up a primary bath remodel with R3. Jim and crew were honest, fair, accommodating, and did quality work at a reasonable price. When we did have an issue with a subcontractor, Jim stepped up and worked diligently to find acceptable remedies. We would use them again with no hesitation."

"the leak was discovered Wednesday morning. Water was already leaking to the second floor. Sheri Lane was wonderful to place a claim for us, however the Friday scheduled service was just not responsive enough for us and we had the work done for $399.00. I'm sending in a paid invoice for reimbursement consideration. As a Homeowner, we just needed to minimize secondary damage that we realize is not covered under the home warranty. Many Thanks, Rudy & Diane Davis"

"The communication is very good and they had great recommendations on the tasks that I needed done. They can do any type of job needed big or small. My concrete floors were in really bad shape, but now they are beautiful. The work is top notch. I have had the following work done: tile floors throughout my entire apartment. Kitchen and bathroom cabinets installed. Drywall and texture work. Outdoor trim. Indoor trim around doors and windows. Door repair and install (Excellent door installer). I have more work that needs to be done and I will only work with this company. I'm very happy with their work. I recommend this company to anyone."
