Sky arrived on time, started right away on installing the new toilet. Started replacing my bathroom fan and told me I bought the wrong size. He said don’t worry I’ll go and get the right sized one. Wow! What service as I was working from home. He texted me a picture of a fan with a light and gave him a hands up. Got back to my place and seems like in no time the fan was in! "I had a unique situation where I had an old dryer and wanted to replace the old white vinyl (dangerous) dryer hose with semi-rigid aluminum. I had all the parts needed as I had attempted this (unsuccessfully) as a DIY project. Dan was very responsive and quickly understood the project scope. He immediately discounted his normal $120 service call rate to $80 and got me promptly scheduled. He came out on time and got the job done efficiently. "Overall very professional and they did a good job cleaning the vents. I didn't realize there was an additional $100 charge to have the main trunk line cleaned so that was a surprise, but wanted the entire vent system cleaned so I paid the additional money. They also offered to cleaned my dry vent while there for $50 so I had that done as well. While the inside of the dryer looked great, the vent on the outside of the house had a lot of lent built up/clogged. I was able to just reach in and pull out the build up lent. I don't know how well the dryer vent was actually cleaned since there was that build up. Once I pulled out the lent and turned on the drying the air flow seemed to work much better."
