I was able to get an appointment in a timely manner, and they called the day before with a 2 hour window, along with sending a photo of the technician who would be coming. I received a text when he was on his way, and a phone call when he was 10 min. away. He arrived wearing a mask and booties, which I really appreciated, and was very professional. He explained the malfunction, and tested all the parts, and discussed the next step of repair. We live in a smaller town and it has always been difficult to find someone for appliance repairs in our area since Sears went out. Very happy to have found them!"

Then he neglected to put anything back into the freezer, including a turkey I had bought for Christmas and a rack of ribs. Two days after he left, I went out of town for two weeks. The turkey actually exploded and spewed its liquid all over everything, which had to be discarded. I let AHS know and they couldn't even bother to call me or follow up on this.
