"Customer Svc (calling into the office for scheduling/ followup) huge pain. The scheduling process is tedious. They pummel you with a barrage of emails, texts, phone calls. Their price is double other reasonable specific providers vs local handyman providers. I went with these guys based on their claim they *fix/repair* any minor defects. My oversized gutters were new a few years b4 service. I cleaned the gutters myself up until Ned Stevens work. I thought the check and fix was a good decision. As a result of this work, I now have downspouts separating from the gutter that I cannot fix myself. I expected much more for $190. Their *deals* $7 off , 10% off offer no value in my opinion."

They were out here first thing in the morning and got right to work and were finished very quickly. Extremely satisfied. They also didn't charge me extra for the gutter guards that they had previously installed a couple years ago. I highly recommend this company. Many of the other reviews mention no shows and lack of communication which was not my experience with them. I chatted with them through Angie's list for all communication each time I have used them (4 times total) and everything went smoothly.
