Christmas Day we had a leak I called and he answered and came out the next day to repair my roof. The owner was professional and polite and made my roof a priority!  We joked about how santa ruined my roof! I was amazed how fast the repair took and how  quick he came out over a holiday. "After much research and several estimates I decided to hire Paragon Home Remodeling Grp. to redo my roof. They use a high quality product and are very reliable. There was a team of workers who worked endlessly for two and a half days. They kept me informed as to the progress and took pictures of areas that needed my attention. Seeing the great job that was getting done I requested to have other work done at the same time. I had four new 2 story pillars replaced and a new gutter system installed. There was never a sales push to get more work done and no rush for payment. I also have to say their price was very reasonable compared to estimates I received. "Overall, we are pleased with the outcome.
When we complained about an area exposed below the roof line that wasn't covered, they told us that this area was actually the cedar shakes underneath the roof and that this wood was too soft to hold a nail. The contractor also said that covering the shakes would possibly cause leakage. This explanation sounded reasonable so when they offered to paint this area instead, we agreed. However, when they came out to implement the resolution, they put flashing over it anyway? I'm not sure how this fits with the "wood too soft to hold a nail" theory. Hopefully, it isn't going to just fall off or, even worse, cause some sort of leakage."

"I contacted Adelphia via Angies list due to a leak in one small roof over a section of our home and the need to have the upper roof reviewed to determine if repairs were needed. Joe came out when he said he would, reviewed the situation, took pictures and was able to show me a variety of issues. One roof was very soft and had a hole in it which he showed me from an upper window. He told me they could come out within a week, which was acceptable to me. That night Joe called and indicated that it was supposed to rain the next day and if I was very concerned about the leak they could come out and cover it in some way. This was very thoughtful and great customer service. It was a minor leak that was hit or miss based on the winds so I said not to bother. The next day, I also got a call from their office to confirm the job which was very professional. Adelphia showed up when they said they would and got the job done in the estimated time. Joe and his team were prompt, courteous and very responsive. They also did a good job of explaining what was to be done and they went above and beyond all within the estimated price. I have dealt with a number of roofers over the years and by far this is my best experience. I highly recommend Adelphia Roofing Systems for your roofing needs."

John was out within a couple of days after my initial contact with him and had my neighbors and I both a quote within 24 hours of looking at the roofs.
