Christmas Day we had a leak I called and he answered and came out the next day to repair my roof. The owner was professional and polite and made my roof a priority!  We joked about how santa ruined my roof! I was amazed how fast the repair took and how  quick he came out over a holiday. "Paragon replaced the flashing and siding around the chimney because the roof leaked during storms with high wind. Paragon also repaired the damage to the ceilings on the main and second floors due to the leak. After the work was done, a severe storm hit and the leak was back. I called Paragon and they came out immediately to inspect. They guaranteed they would repair the flashing again and repair the ceilings at no charge because they stood behind their original work. They repaired the flashing and told me to call them after the next severe storm to make sure the repair was successful before repairing the ceiling damage. Sure enough, another storm with winds struck, and there was no leakage. I called Paragon, and they sent a crew to repair the ceiling. Thank you to Mauricio and his crew for handling the repairs!"

I was working with Home Depot and they were just so slow. i needed someone to come out and help me decide which door to choose. Doors are expensive and you want to made a choice you are happy with. "JM Roofing is excellent on May 20th Jorge who is one of the owners and one of his workers came just before 11 a.m. they got everything set up and all of roofing materials equipment hand tools for the job they set up quickly and when right to work and never stopped working until the job was completed the job was done within 5 hours and the roof over the kitchen was efficiently and expertly installed they did a beautiful job and cleaned up thoroughly before leaving even making sure that there were no roofing nails or metal of any kind left behind my wife and I were so happy with it that we asked them to come back to replace the main roof of our house on the 27th of May the dumpster service that they hired arrived just before 8 a.m. and Jorge and his crew of workers all arrived 10 minutes later and just as on the 20th of May as they did 7 days earlier they quickly got completely set up and had all of the equipment and materials tools to complete the job they went to work at 8:30 a.m. and you continued working the entire day never stopping until the roof was completely installed except for an occasional drink of water they did a beautiful thorough complete job installing the roof I was amazed at the speed accuracy and efficiency but they all exhibited as they worked I am ecstatic and extremely pleased with the results they could not have done a better job my wife myself our friends and the entire family are very pleased with all of the work that they have done for us so much so that I have recommended their Roofing company to several friends and family I very highly recommend them to anyone who is in need of a roof replacement or repair they were absolutely incredible and just to let you know the roof on my house it's not a small roof with quite a pitch when JM Roofing arrived they had all of the safety equipment and everything necessary to do the job by the way they completed the job in less than 10 hours which to me is absolutely amazing I called them twice and on each job they did a fast efficient safe and an expert job and cleaned up thoroughly each time before they left and I will absolutely use them again and I highly recommend them very highly"

"I contacted Adelphia via Angies list due to a leak in one small roof over a section of our home and the need to have the upper roof reviewed to determine if repairs were needed. Joe came out when he said he would, reviewed the situation, took pictures and was able to show me a variety of issues. One roof was very soft and had a hole in it which he showed me from an upper window. He told me they could come out within a week, which was acceptable to me. That night Joe called and indicated that it was supposed to rain the next day and if I was very concerned about the leak they could come out and cover it in some way. This was very thoughtful and great customer service. It was a minor leak that was hit or miss based on the winds so I said not to bother. The next day, I also got a call from their office to confirm the job which was very professional. Adelphia showed up when they said they would and got the job done in the estimated time. Joe and his team were prompt, courteous and very responsive. They also did a good job of explaining what was to be done and they went above and beyond all within the estimated price.
