"I?ve been using Prize Pest Control for ongoing pest control, and they?ve been great so far. The techs are friendly, always on time, and they let me know what they?re doing each visit. "They responded very quickly, described everything found during an inspection,. They gave me all the options I could choose from and gave examples from previous customers (without any kind of identifying information) on each type of protection. It was a bit expensive, but not out of line with other quotes. The raccoon left that evening and was not able to return. Very happy with the quick response and successful removal. They followed up as promised."

"They first feed the rodents in the attic for a couple of weeks, allowing them to eat and carry the poison out on their fur. Very interesting. Once they know the rodents are gone, they repair the holes on the roof and install metal along the eaves to keep the critters out."
