"We awoke to discover water standing on the floor of our laundry room, hallway and sewing room.  I called Butler Plumbing right away and was told that they had a crew in Plano, Texas that would be at our home after they finished that job.  The crew arrived at our home an hour later and got right to work.  The crew used electronic devices to trace water lines under or in the slab, and were able to ascertain that there was a leak between one manifold (where hot and cold water pipes converge and are then sent to several different faucets), and another manifold under a cabinet in the master bath.  The line that connected the two manifolds was sealed, and a bypass water line was installed through the attic.  I expressed concern about the possibility of a water line in the attic freezing and breaking, but the plumbers showed me the hose/pipe they planned to use, which was very hard, flexible, very strong rubber/plastic pipe that could expand in the event of freezing, although I was assured that the pipe was insulated, and that threat was minimal.  I hope they are right.  The entire repair job took about 5 hours, and I am very happy with the responsiveness, the professionalism, and quality of service I received from Butler Plumbing!

"Called Salomon, he responded right away and was at my residence within 3 hours. Knew what the issue was and how to repair, very respectful with mask and letting us know when he was shutting the water off and what steps he was taking. Even hit a snag with an additional broken pipe connection he discovered, but fixed that as well. Guaranteed work and he even offered to repair it again for no cost should his handiwork come undone. "Alex Sandoval was a pleasure to work with and did a terrific job tiling and replacing our tub, shower, commode, bathroom flooring, the bathroom light fixture and an additional light fixture in our kitchen, all at a very competitive price. "Called several plumbers for quotes to replace kitchen faucet and Dewolfe's was the most affordable and reasonable one for the work required. Michael, the plumber, gave an estimate but mentioned that we'd need additional parts. He offered to get them for a small fee or if we wanted to save money, we could get it ourselves (which we did). He texted the link for the part right away and came back the next day to replace our faucet. He was on time and very professional. He also provided some useful information regarding faucets for future purchase/installation. Will definitely hire again if needed."

"The price was fair and they were able to start almost immediately. Asked the installer multiple times to cover his work area as to not scratch our new wood floors. Of course, he scratched the floors in multiple places. Attempted to contact the owner and he was non responsive on the issue. The unit was installed in September, come October and need to turn the heat on for the first time and there was loud clanging and metal noises. Called to have someone from this company service the unit on Friday afternoon and was told that “it isn’t that cold that it would be Monday before we could look at it” (it was 40 degrees and this is a BRAND NEW unit). Brought up that had we went with a larger company they would send someone out and they do not work after hours or weekends and was basically told you get what you pay for. I would not use this company again in the future. Will probably regret making this post when we need service again in the future."

Our Tech was Glenn, He called before coming and he arrived on time. He was very polite, professional and friendly. He went to work quickly 

We have had slow drain in the kitchen sink since we move here 4yrs ago. Sink would back up and go into dishwasher. We could not run water in kitchen sink while the dishwasher was running without drains backing up. The Plumber came in undid the pipes under the sink and ran a plumbing snake through the pipes until he dislodged what ever had been causing the stoppage for all these years, reconnected all the pipes and did all this without causing a mess! Afterwards he checked to be sure all the pipes drained well. Removed his equipment and was gone in less than 30 min!! It was wonderful! The pipes never drained so well..

   It is awesome to not have to worry about washing dishes and  not fearing another mess.

I can't say enough good things about these people!  I had a leaky bathroom faucet.  Two weeks ago I had another plumbing company who was also highly rated on Angie's List and who I have used many times in the past (but never again) look at the problem.  The technician from that company said I needed to replace the faucet. They were going to charge me $250.00 for the replacement faucet plus  $229.00 for the labor to install it. Since the faucet had been discontinued I was going to have to replace the other faucet in the other sink as well so it would match.  This was going to cost me $958.00.  I wanted a second opinion so I called Mark Masters Service Company that I also found on Angie's List. Seth, the technician was a very nice young man.  He showed up right on time. Within 5 minutes he diagnosed the problem as simply being a bad rubber washer that needed replacement.  I did not need to replace the faucet after all. I was only charged the minimum $79.00 service charge.  Mark Masters company saved me $879.00 !  By the way, the other company also charged me $79.00 for their service call which was totally worthless.
