"Andres came out and we had an agreement on what was to be done. Then Jacob came out to do the job. He put in the opposite of what I wanted. The part was not what I was shown. Cut holes in the ceiling that I was told were not needed. Took 2 1/2 hours to complete, then had to be redone to what I wanted. Had to leave to go to Home Depot to get the correct part. Cost me $622. Charged $250 an hour. Jacob said he was the manager but office told me he was just a technician. A master electrician in Colo Springs doesn't charge more than $150."
