They were not properly wired and he stated that this type of wiring is no longer performed this way, and he was able to fix them quickly. Since I am an advanced DIY'er he educated me on the old switches that I was trying to replace and actually gave me a diagram on how 3-way switches operated. Thanks for the work and the education."

In addition, Nate spent lengthy time on the phone with me last week, giving clear guidance on LED fixtures to replace our florescent lighting. With Matthew's help, today the 6 light fixtures were replaced, a necessary wireless carbon detector and GFCI outlet installed, and for fun and convenience, 2 USB outlets given. They had cloths on my floors, as they were in and out of my crawl space. They even left to get a particular component, specific for my install. No damage to home. There was no laughing or joking around. They were concentrated on install, measuring, calculating out loud between the three of them. No cussing or profanity, either. Julian was professional and explained everything to me, including why manual was left on unit, so when inspector came, it was there, as it couldn't be signed off without it. Thermostat looks great! He also knew a lot about furnaces, which is my next thing. *Beware of companies won't give you prices on ANYTHING and/or charge you estimate to come to your house... Another reason I picked PEAK HOME was their receptionists! Sweetest, most understanding ladies! If you need to install A/C, go with this company - definitely recommend!"
