"Exceptional work. Master plumber. Replaced my hot water heater expansion tank. With quality copper pipe sweat connections. Great work! Great guy."

"These are the guys to call-- friendly, professional, and highly skilled. They helped me choose the new water heater, made sure the old cables were replaced with new ones (thanks fellas) and had the whole job done in 5 hours--including picking up the water heater. I have total confidence in Troy and his team and will be calling them back for 2 other plumbing jobs i need done."

"Clay gave the estimate and Clay and CJ did the install. I was happy with them, very professional and courteous. They were fast and efficient. Clean up could have been a tiny bit better, found tape, boxes, plastic around after a thorough walk through. When looking at the caulking around the sinks, it was a bit sloppy, will need to cut some away and clean some off edges of the sink. Overall they were good."

"The technician was personable, engaging, and efficient. She resolved my problem post haste. I am most pleased with the experience; I will definitely contact Bassett Plumbing should the need arise!"

"The technician did a wonderful and thorough job!! He was very professional, and I'd use this company again in the future, if needed!!!"

"After consulting with Walter I decided not to do an install of a tankless water heater and instead replace my current 40 gal water heater. He did not try to push the install of a more expensive and construction heavy tankless heater. Walter was also able to replace the water heater the same day, total 6 hours elapsed, 4 hours actual work time. The owner Donny also helped out. Both were very professional and informed me of everything they were doing. All prices were provided up front and any extra work or part replacement was explained and why it needed to by upgraded (mainly to conform to current housing code). I would recommend this company to anyone that asks for my opinion on my choice of plumbers."

"This was a project I probably could have done myself, but had no time. I pushed the first plumber on another offer to remove and install four bathroom sinks in two hours. I thought I would throw them a bone with this job. I really appreciated the quality of work performed and the professionalism provided. Keep up the great work!
