"I will never call on Awesome to fix anything in my home again. On April 3rd 2026 we had Awesome come to our home for a leaky pipe and leaky faucet. Craig was the tech who came. He had to replace the faucet and fix the leaky valve. It took him 90 minutes to complete. The charge was $1234.68!!!! The next day I called Awesome and asked for an itemized bill and was told they would email it to me. It didn't come so I called back and the manager told me they don't do itemized bills! She also stated in another conversation that most businesses don't give itemized bills! I told her she was wrong and hung up. My husband and I are almost 80 years old and we feel we were scammed!!!!!! "
