"For the most part it was a good experience. The salesperson was very knowledgeable and answered my questions. He called back to tell me they were running a special too that helped with my decision. What I didn't like was that he didn't tell me that their windows would not be recessed like the windows being replaced, so I had to spend a few hundred dollars more to get new blinds. Also, I spent a good chunk of change and would've expected a phone call after installation to make sure I was happy with the installation and the windows. The installers were hard working and friendly. They took the time to tell me what they were doing. They did come a little unprepared though. I had molding around the window and they came without a nail gun even though they had one. I let them borrow mine. They also did not come with drop cloths. They had a hard time getting the existing windows out because of the way they were done. So they ended up breaking the glass on each of the windows. The glass went all over the place. My wife found glass in the bed, on the bureau and she stepped on glass cutting her foot. It also scratched up some of my wood flooring. So the clean up could've been better. The windows look good though and work great."

"Dennis is a "good person."  He is honest, on time, works hard, and admits an errors.  His team worked hard, round the clock to meet deadlines, and did everything to our satisfaction.  Remodeling a home is a stressful time.  Dennis was easy to work with.  He hand built a difficult to make island to meet our specs, and was always making suggestions to save us money, alternate ways that he had seen done, and offered alternate ways to make things work.   <br /> He met deadlines regularly and always communicated his whereabouts when he was working on the remodel.  He came in on budget, minus some unexpected setbacks, which, quite frankly, just happens. <br /> Dennis was always available to take calls, pick up items and receive items.   <br /> As a contractor, he is amazing.   As a person, he is honest, reliable, and dependable.   <br /> <br /> <br />"

"They came out and did the work in a timely and efficient manner. The work was of superb quality. They were very trustworthy. this was the second time they have come to our house to do sheetrock work. We found that they are so trustworthy that we didn't need to have someone in the house with them while the work was conducted. We could go to work and leave them in our house unattended without having to fear theft or worse. These people are very good folks and hard workers. <br />"

"I have used Bobby Terry for the 10 years I have lived in this house, and they have never let me down. I have used them on plumbing jobs (repairing leaks, replacing faucets) and also on repairing and maintaining my HVAC. The office staff is very polite and responsive and willing to get answers to questions. They work hard to make appointments that are good for me, they are very responsive to emergency requests, and the repair people are always punctual at the appointment time. The repair staff is unfailingly professional, competent, polite, and punctual. They will spend as much time as it takes to fix a difficult problem and their prices are very reasonable. Once I had my auto sensor go out in my HVAC and they had to order the electronic box required to fix it, so they patched the HVAC so that it would be able to run in manual mode so I could have heating and cooling until they got the part. Once the part was in, they quickly came back and made the finished repair. They are very good. <br />"

"The quality of my outdoor kitchen and patio exceeded my own expectations. Clint and his team did a terrific job. They started right when he said he they would and worked diligently through bad weather to complete the project promptly. The workmanship of his team was terrific. I have stamped concrete with a smoke tint that looks better than I imagined. My outdoor kitchen is the envy of my neighbors. We are really enjoying it. In addition to great work Clint is a stand up business man and a pleasure to do business with. I would recommend him to any of my family and friends."

"I cannot express how easy and wonderful our experience was with Cobalt Roofing and David. Our roof had been damaged during a storm in October 2014. He was present for the insurance inspection and made sure that everything was documented. He also handled the insurance end regarding the cost and making sure we were getting what we needed. <br /> I have never actually use my homeowners insurance, so I was unsure of what to expect. David made the process so simple. He was overly fair priced and gave us multiple upgrades and provided additional services at no cost. He did not require any upfront payment. He was exceptionally professional. I cannot say enough good things about our experience. <br /> The process (with homeowners insurance) takes time, but David was on the job immediately after the insurance approved everything. The men who did the work were efficient, considerate, and hardworking. The roof looks amazing and we are very pleased with the results. <br /> As for the payment process, we did not pay him until after our insurance reimbursement was given to us. He did not pressure or push about anything financial and understood the time frame of using homeowners insurance claims. I was very grateful for how respectful and understanding he was. <br /> Honestly, it was so simple and easy on my end. I kept thinking it was too good to be true, but it was good. I would highly recommend using Cobalt. <br />"

FAQs for sunroom or patio enclosure building service projects in Pulaski, TN

A sunroom is a fully enclosed space with walls of windows or glass. It allows you to enjoy the outdoors from the comfort of the indoors, protected from bugs and weather. It functions as an additional room in your home. A covered patio extends your home's roof over an outdoor area, providing shade and shelter while remaining open to the fresh air. It's a great way to enjoy outdoor living while being protected from sun and rain.

Adding screens to your porch is the most budget-friendly way to enclose it. Screening keeps out insects and debris while letting you enjoy the breeze and outdoor ambiance. It's less expensive than installing full walls or glass enclosures and doesn't usually require permits, making it an efficient way to upgrade your porch.

If you're transforming your porch into a fully enclosed living space like a sunroom, you'll likely need a sturdy foundation, such as a reinforced concrete slab, to support the structure. For a simple screened-in porch, you might be able to use the existing floor and support posts without additional foundation work. It's best to consult a professional to determine what's needed for your project.

An enclosed porch can be considered a living space if it's fully enclosed with solid walls and windows, has a proper roof, and includes heating and cooling systems. It should also have direct access from inside your home. When these criteria are met, the space becomes an extension of your home's livable area.
