"Gage and his team did an extraordinary job replacing my original wood deck with a high quality composite flooring, and replacing the original sliding door to the deck with custom-built French doors. Both craftsmanship and expertise were exemplary, pricing competitively fair and reasonable, communication excellent regarding scheduling and needs for minor modifications, and working with this highly professional team could not have been a more positive or pleasant experience. Removal of old materials and cleanup was spotlessly performed. Did I mention they also replaced all carpeting on my lower level with the same exceptional professional skills? "They did an intake with me, asked me questions I told him about the job they set up a bidtime. I live an hour away it was 7 AM. I had to get up at five to be there on time and then they were just a complete no-show. No call no nothing. I spent an hour on the phone phone trying to figure it out. The customer service person was rude. I asked to ask her four times to be allowed to talk to a supervisor because she said she couldn?t do a thing to help me only to find out that my job wasn?t even a scope of what they do which they could?ve told me on the intake so they seem like a huge company but the customer service was horrible for me atleast."
