"Excellent customer service for sure. Prompt response to inquiries. Very efficient and professional. Highly recommend this company who replumbed my home, installed new water heater, moved water heater to attic space, installed new fixtures for my total home remodel, all new toilets, moved drains from concrete to other area of home and replaced all water spikets outside AND installed outdoor shower. Each phase it was a pleasant experience from them working in my home, dealing with company staff on phone, email or text. Proposal stayed true to finish costs with no financial surprises. You can rest assured your project will be completed. Thank you Josh and John for excellent work. Feel free to use me as a reference if ever needed. Maria"

"Shaddai Plumbing team is great! They are very professional, they keep their word, they complete job without delays. Great quality. We had to replace old water pipes across 2-story home and their service was great. We asked to add additional water switches to be able to switch hot/cold water on and off in separate parts of home - and they did it. Now if it will be leak or other problem - we can switch off kitchen area, or second floor without impacting other parts of our home. Highly recommended!"

"Called a little early for me, but arrived at appointment time. Knew exactly what the problem was with my well pump. Problem was taken care of in a short amount of time without having to replace my well pump, which other services had pretty much told me over the phone â  itâ  s a bad pumpâ  . Very happy with Mikeâ  s service & knowledge . Would definitely hire him again & refer to friends."

"They did a great job removing my old water heater that was leaking and installing a new one. Both Jordan and Javier were polite, professional and courteous. Very happy with the whole process!"

"We needed a water heater replacement and Chris T., provided a detailed explanation of the new system, water heater manufacturer, installation process, and newly installed equipment. The level of detailed explanation on the invoice coupled with the home inspection paperwork is often not seen with home service companies. Will certainly hire again for plumbing services."
