"when tech showed up the dryer seemed to be working and heating however it did not when I called, seemed the heating element was cracked creating and off and on working condition. I went ahead to repair the problem by purchasing a new heating element. I was surprised however that the tech expected me to pay in full before he ordered the part and repaired the problem, but I did using my credit card knowing if there was a issue the credit card co. would have my back, The part was order and Alex fixed it as soon as it came in and was great"

"1. (+) Work done by their staff was very professional 2. (-) For sump pump install, their relationship with the Plumber was at "arms length", which created some problems. 3. (-) They were NOT familiar with the "work permit" requirements of my township, which causes delay in getting the permit, and an additional week delay to complete the work. 4. (--) What their "sales person" verbally promises and the actual contract did not agree. Important to carefully review the paperwork he prepares for completeness before signing it and paying the deposit. You never see him again!"

"Environmental Testing & Research Laboratories, Inc. sent a package with 2 vials and instructions for collecting the samples.  I collected the samples as instructed, completed a questionnaire, and returned the sample vials as instructed.  A week or two later they sent the analysis.  Everything went as expected.  There were no problems. <br />"

"I've only had water come in at this location so I was pleased that they didn't try to sell me on doing the entire basement. They were able to do the entire job in 1 day.  No heavy rains since it was installed so I can't say for sure that the drain, sump and pipes are working. <br /> Only negatives that I have are that they didn't sweep or mop the floor when they were done.  They sealed off the rest of the basement so that it was free of dust, but the floor was very dirty.  Also, the installers smelled so strongly of smoke that they left that smell in the house. <br />"

"The contractor removed one tank containing filtering media the added a larger one with a media that was sufficient for the iron content that had to be removed.  He further adjusted the system and corrected the water flow and backwash cycle.   Other tanks were cleaned along with the flow valve for proper functioning. The contractor was in and out in four hours using two workers that were both polite and competent. Everything was cleaned up and was left in better shape than when they arrived. From the time they put the new system on line our water has been perfect.  We are so happy after several contractors worked on our system for 10 years and none of them has gotten it right. <br /> WE RECOMMEND THIS CONTRACTOR TO ANYONE WITH BAD DRINKING WATER!"

I was contacted by Mid-Atlantic concerning my dissatisfaction and after 3 attempts to rectify the situation a manager named Dan responded to my residence to look at my concerns and numerous complains. I must say that the remedy offered to correct my problem was to redo the job in its entirety and to my ultimate satisfaction at no cost to me. Mid-Atlantic stands behind their product and workmanship. In these time it is good to know that there are companies who put customer satisfaction first.
