"The handyman who helped me out was fantastic!  He was able to complete several jobs ranging in area of expertise and completed all of them excellently.  He had to cut a good section of my drywall out to install the cable line, but replaced the section and even painted over it so you cannot tell that work was done.  We have had frequent issues with shelves and other heavy fixtures pulling out of our drywall (things that we had hung ourselves), so he re-installed those and they are still well intact.  
With this service, the handyman is basically yours for at least 4 hours, which was fine for me since we had a lot of projects laying around, but could be a downside if you just have a quick job or two.  However, the handyman was capable of completing all the jobs that I had asked.  He worked quickly and was very nice and professional.  
When he first arrived he looked over the jobs and had to run to the store for a few items that he did not keep on the truck.  I was told that this would be the process prior to him showing up, but it seems to me that he could have arrived with at least most of the supplies on hand since I had clearly described the work that I needed done.  This pushed the appointment back a little bit, but I was told that this is their process so it's not really a complaint.
Overall I am very satisfied with the work.  It was really nice to finally have all of those little projects that lay around for a little while done, and done well!  If you have several jobs piled up, I definitely think it's worth the time and price to have them done with quality work.

"I have a townhouse rental that is between tenants and needed a fair amount of sprucing up.  I called Abel and asked for a quote for exterior painting and framing and hanging an exterior back door.  He sent me a quote within a day or so.  It was not the lowest bid, but it certainly was a very fair one and my experience is the lowest bid is often the one to avoid.  Also, based on my conversation with Abel, and his reviews, I had more confidence in him.  
We agreed to meet at the townhouse at 8:30am and when I arrived he and his crew were already there.  We spoke for a few minutes about the job and then they got right to work.  Abel and  I had already agreed that some of the wood had been sufficiently damaged that it should be replaced with pvc material.  However, the previous evening I had discovered another piece around a basement window that was even worse and asked if he could replace that as well, which he did despite the short notice.  When the painting was done he showed me the paint he used and left me the remainder of one can, including the label on paint type, so that I could do any touch ups if needed or buy more.  He only asked an additional $50 for replacing the additional window framing. 
The door was a little more problematic.  It was the same width as the existing frame, but slightly higher so his carpenter had to adjust the header and was able to do so while still making the molding around the door frame sufficiently long.  He also installed the locks from the old door.  I have done some of my own carpentry work in the past so I am somewhat familiar with this type of work and I was very happy with Abel's carpenter. 
All in all, I was very pleased and would definitely used Green Painting and Carpentry again.
