"We are absolutely in love with our new shower. We hired West Shore Homes to remove our existing tub/shower combo and replace it with a new shower. The installers Jordan and Tim were very customer oriented and technically skilled. They arrived per the schedule and completed the installation in a very reasonable amount of time. All while being courteous enough to answer all of our questions. The installation was very high quality, and included replacement of the existing drywall behind the shower with plywood sheets. This provided a rock solid backing for the acrylic material that we selected. Additionally, all of the components used were of stellar quality. As I indicated, we absolutely love the finished product and have no qualms about recommending West Shore Homes for this type of work."

"Having hired All Renovations previously on a different property, it was a "no-brainer" for me to hire them again for a townhouse property that I'm getting ready to sell. To no surprise, everything went smoothly from the contract to when the last bathroom tile was set and the completion clean up. "Scope of work in our house built in 1950’s with low ceilings and small spaces: Gut and rebuild our kitchen and two bathrooms including the Master Bath. In addition, taking down a wall between our kitchen and the dining room (to create peninsula), removing a door between kitchen and the outside patio, and bricking to close this space., installing new window in the kitchen. Comments: We discussed with several contractors our project and after thorough consideration we decided to work with DMV of Gaithersburg, Maryland. The selling point for us to select DMV was a feeling of not being pressured to sign, being truly in charge of this project (not perceived when discussing with others) AND their flexibility in the design concept. We were not disappointed with our decision. Particularly, their flexibility meant that we could make changes "on the fly" if not satisfied or had new ideas. Importantly, unless those changes meant additional costs in materials or a significant change from the scope of work, there were no additional costs of labor to make these adjustments. As an example, we changed the color of paint three times in one bathroom (after painting was completed) to get the look we wanted. No problem and no additional cost to do this! Anyone who has renovated a kitchen or bath will likely tell you that no matter how much planning you do ahead of time, it cannot fully prepare you for what the finished product in your home will look like. DMV understands this and both their patience and flexibility with the homeowner is truly commendable. They also work closely with the glass company and custom-made great looking shower cabin in one of our bathrooms and a beautiful glass panel cover for the window inside the second shower cabin. Something we’ve been told by several other companies was not possible to execute. The end-products are not only beautiful, allowing daylight in our small bathrooms (which otherwise would be dependent on electric light only), but are also very functional. It's clear, DMV knows its craft well. We were provided a detailed timeline of the entire project. This was very helpful in understanding the timing of events for planning purposes. The schedule was reasonably followed although there were occasional delays due to timing of materials being delivered or having to wait for a damaged material to be replaced by the manufacturer (at no additional cost to us). Working team was always on time, polite, working hard, clean, and conscientious of us living in our home during the renovation. Javier, Jacinto and the rest of the team were wonderful to work with. DMV used only company employees and no contractors. We absolutely love our new kitchen and both bathrooms! Thank you, DMV! If we were to renovate again, DMV would be our first choice."

"In 2024, I had an excellent experience with the Charles Graves Painting Company. My communication regarding scheduling mold remediation and repainting the walls to my two bathrooms was seamless. The drywall of my bathrooms was removed, the walls scrubbed with chemical and cleaned, and new drywall and trim put up now the fresh coats of paint make my bathrooms look like they are inside a new home. This company also uses paint which is mold resistant which will keep mold from ever reappearing in my bathrooms in the future! Charles even checked behind my shower walls from the access panel, for free, to confirm if there was any leaking. I highly recommend this company for others who need high quality paint jobs done!"

"Jose and his crew are outstanding. Their attention to detail, cleanliness, and respect of our home was incredible. Jose is so easy to work with and he is accessible almost 24/7. I would highly recommend Munoz construction and my family will never use another contractor besides Jose. Bathroom #1 - this bathroom had major issues. The floor was damaged and the shower was leaking. Jose replaced the entire subfloor, shower/tub, title, vanity, and all electrical. This was a major job. Everything was strengthened and given strong structural support. It is now extremely safe and beautiful. Bathroom 2 - the master shower also had a leak and poor tile work from a previous remodel. Jose replaced all the tile and rebuilt the shower pan. He was able to save an expensive shower door from the previous remodel. We also decided to replace the title floor during the remodel and it was not an issue and Jose never questioned our request. LVP Floors - Jose replaced the kitchen, dining room, hallways, and stairs with LVP. Selecting the product was simple and Jose was helpful throughout the entire process. The product was of high quality and is extremely durable. The stairs were replaced with wood and painted to match the LVP. This was done for durability and quality. The stairs match the LVP perfectly. All the walls were also painted. There was some drywall repair throughout the process too. Jose made sure to strengthen all the walls and it looks fantastic. Seriously, we couldn’t be happier with this job. I wish we would have found him years ago so we wouldn’t have had to redo a previously completed renovation done by another company. We highly recommend Jose and Munoz Construction for any and all jobs."

"Luis and his team did an excellent job. We have a house built in 1966 with plaster walls and cast iron tub and they had a bear of a time on the demo. They made sure everything was covered and did an excellent job of cleaning when the shower stall was completed. Could not be happier with the stand up shower and their install. Highly recommend!!!"
