And top to bottom, we were pleased with the owner (Rich Lindsay), the salesman (David Jones), the office mgr Erika, and - this is important - the young man who did the installations of the fan and the skylight tube. They are prompt, helpful, professional, and they clean up after the job. They explain things thoroughly, and I trust having them in our house."
