Each time - from scheduling to repair - they've been honest, pleasant, helpful, professional, thorough, and reasonably priced. They also keep detailed records, which they review prior to performing any repairs, and they have never tried to "sell" us on something we didn't need. I have recommended them to others in the past and will continue to do so."

Courteous, very amicable and most importantly, he was very knowledgeable. My particular issue was an Lg refrigerator not freezing or keeping either side (of our side-by-side) cool at all. After some exploration, he found that the compressor was not functioning and gave a straight forward explanation of the reason. We were only changed the service fee. Due to age and other factors, we will be getting a new refrigerator. Take away is also that he is an honest man. I will be using him again moving forward and definitely recommending him to all my friends and family."

"Project: Repai or Service Wolf Commercial Range The response once I requested a quote was quick, literally minutes. They accommodated my work schedule and came on a Saturday even though that was outside their posted hours. However they said they would be there between 11:00 and 12:30 and would call 30 minutes prior to arrival, they weren't and didn't. I callled them at 1:00 and they did show by 1:30, diagnosed the issue performed a temporary fix for the agreed price, and went away to source what were believed to be the required parts. The di call as promised with the parts info. Overall they performed well, were courteous when on site, and the pricing was reasonable."

"Technician came to the house and analyzed the problem. It was determined that the cost of repair was over the allowable Choice Home Warranty limit and it should be replaced. Choice Home Warranty issued their replacement cost. This cost was unacceptable and I challenged their figure. After some negotiation I was offered an increased settlement amount. I still balked at their offer but I was told to take it or repair my old microwave. I finally accepted their amount, even though it is still well below what it will cost me to replace the unit. I might add that the existing microwave has the convection feature and I want to replace with same features. The cost that I will receive also does not include any removal, disposal or installation costs. At this time I am debating whether I will continue with Choice Home Warranty or consider other options."

"One oven doesn't work at all ( my choice, see above), the "working" oven was never calibrated properly so using it is hit or miss. It's time to call American Home Shield to see about replacing the entire unit. I'm waiting to finish other home projects before calling them. I don't know if I'll request Greenway again."
