He was able to come out first thing the next morning, even though he was extremely busy due to the wind storm we had experienced. "We have twice used the services of RemodelMax. The first time was for a complete basement-to-roof rebuild of a disaster rowhouse in Baltimore. Wayne always kept his word on that protracted project. The beautiful result always rented in the first couple of showings and sold some twelve years later within the first month. We were completely delighted with our dealings with Wayne and the results he promised were what he delivered. Subsequently, we were the victim of a damaging break-in on that same property, some 11 years later, between tenants. In the process we discovered that a realtor had not reset the alarm and, as a result we lost one major appliance, had two more destroyed as the thieves tried to remove them, and the main floor severely dented by the idiots trying to move the refrigerator to the front door.
