"He was really good. I told him that we had an emergency and he came out two days later, met my son and I, did all the welding for us. While he was here he also cut a piece of steel off the hitch that was sticking out so we can now cover the propane tank; he just took twenty extra bucks for that. He was very compliant. He helped us right on the spot and came quickly. He gives you all three ways to reach him, office phone, email, or cell phone. I looked for lowest price and highest rating on Angie's List and he came out top on both of those. He's got a picture gallery that shows the quality of his work. He was very friendly and puts you at ease. He warns you and makes sure everything is safe before he starts."

"Freestate arrived when promised and performed the work exactly as described in the proposal. There was nothing left of the holly and the area around the tree was left in excellent shape. The tree was against the garage but no damage or other blemish was made. I was very satisfied with the result. My only observation is that for a while after signing and sending in the proposal, I didn't have a scheduled date for removal. I had to call them to arrange that. But everyone was friendly and, overall, the tree removal was done as quickly as I needed during what must be a busy time of year.

This was done even though we had had a rainy period during the construction. They installed sod to assure our party could take place without any inconvenience.
