He provided great research material, and was always very responsive to our calls and emails, while we decided on the direction of our project. Ryan, our Project Foreman, and his crew were incredible from start to finish. They were the consummate professionals--on time everyday of the project, respectful of our property, and left our property cleaner than they found it. Ryan took great care to make sure we understood every step of the process, frequently asking us to inspect their work. When something was damaged during the demolition part of the project (as accidents are bound to happen during these kinds of projects), he swiftly took ownership and fixed the problem immediately. We couldn't be happier with the service we received from BQ, Harry and Ryan, and will wholeheartedly recommend them to others (in fact, I already have!)."

"Everything went very well. The team communicated schedule and expectations clearly and checked in daily. The crew worked quickly and responded to all of my concerns. They cleaned up daily and a final crew did cleanup again . I would also like to note that I was very happy with the fit and finish of the install. The flashing and counter-flashing was beautiful and left me feeling really good about the work completed. I am stickler for details and the clean lines of the flashing and new gutters really looked good."

"I am very happy with the work that was performed by Millennium. My mom had a stroke and the bath needed handrails, safety rails and a shower seat installed. We were also in need of additional hand rails installed on three different flights of steps. We had a very short time frame as my mom was just coming out of the hospital. Kip was extremely responsive and was able to complete the project quickly, under budget and to my mother's satisfaction. Kip worked with my mom to assist her in choosing the style and hardware that she was comfortable with. She changed her mind on the color of the bars halfway through the project, and Kip did not miss a beat and was able to keep the project on track. My mom could not stop talking about how great the workers were and how hard they worked. They treated our home as if it were their own. They were courteous , professional, and did a fantastic job. The bathroom looks great and provides my mom the assistance an safety that she needs. The new handrails on the staircase look like they have always been there, the guys were able to get an almost perfect match to the existing rails. I would definitely use Millennium again.

"Every time it rained we would get water in our garage and basement.  Thought about getting water proof system installed for years and finally got it done with Rightway.  We have had 2 serious rains since the system was installed and have not had a drop in our basement.
If you have the same issues as us i highly recommend you finally get it done and use Rightway and you will not regret it.

"Went great.  Person came out.  I walked them through locations of foundation cracks and 3 window wells that would fill with water and seep in through window seals as there was no drain in wells.  Price was fair and the team that came out and did the work did so in a professional manner.  Chipping out concrete is never clean but they were careful to cover up items in the basement and ensured that they cleaned up both the interior and exterior sites that they worked on.  They put rubber membrane and re-tarred several water intrusion locations as a part of the service - from the outside of the building.  The basement is dry and I haven't seen any evidence of moisture since they completed the work.  This is a necessity if anyone is thinking of finishing an area like this in their house.
