"I can’t say enough good things about this company. We hired them to do a kitchen renovation. Both Mitch and Bob did an outstanding job in every aspect. They they were very knowledgeable and quick to resolve any issues that arose unexpectedly. They paid great attention to detail didn’t rush through any of the projects and still finished in a timely manner. They both showed up every day on time and they responded to any phone calls or questions in a timely manner. We have hired many contractors over the years and I honestly can say I would not recommend any of them to my friends or family. However, in this case I would be very happy to recommend both Mitch and Bob to any of my friends or family. "Matt and his team with MNB Renovations did a 32 x 24 addition that was basically a home build from the ground up. I am still surprised for the size of this project how stress free the process was. Matt was very detailed and checked in on everything to make sure we were getting what we wanted. In the end he asked us to make a list of anything that needed to be addressed and there was absolutely nothing to mention. They did a perfect job, the quality of the work is amazing, and the entire team was very nice, professional, and trustworthy! I absolutely recommend this company to others and will definitely use them again in the future!"

"Sun room is fine but if anything ever breaks, you are up the creek without a paddle. The sliding glass door rollers have worn out and need replacement. Called multiple times & left a message. Nothing. The rollers are proprietary to their product. Unless you have the availability of a machine shop, good luck."

"This is the second time we have used Rowland and the team at Dwell Renovations. We built a full addition for my mother in law. Kitchen, living room, bath, bedroom. We couldn’t be happier with how it came out and my MIL is unbelievably pleased. Rowland and all of the contractors, electricians, plumbers and tile folks treated the job like they were working on their own homes. They were patient with our hundreds of questions and requests. "Grayboys installation team did some minor damage to my walls from installation of windows in my upstairs bedroom. They really did not address the problem until I complained. However they did return to repair walls and made adjustments to a window twice as well as replaced a defective screen. I feel that they did accommodate my request for repair as best as they could. However, my initial contact with Grayboy employee James was not so professional . He did not seem to care that damage had been done and suggested I paint the damaged areas which angered me as the cost for the windows was high. The call ended with James telling me to Fxxx off and he hung up! I am still waiting for an apology that will never come! BuyerBeware!"

"Every phase of the project went smoothly and professioally. . FSBD provided a 3-D rendering of the project and then once we agreed upon size and color, they handles all the parperwork with both our HOA and the county. Contruction went without a hitch and at the end of every day, the crew cleaned up the worksite and made certain we knew was was planed for the new day. Upon completion, there was an issue with 2 of the boards not matching the exact color of the others. FSBD immediately contacted Timbertech and arranged for 2 new boards to be shipped which they installed the day after the replacements arrived. We also contracted for a front step handrail which matches our house perfectly and provides added safety to our home. Since then many of our neighbors have stopped by to see the deck and have also chosen FSBD to build decks for them. All have said the projects are going as planned and they all are equally satisfied with FSBD"
