"Really outstanding work from Premium Drainage. The project was a 30’ 2-tier retaining wall with planter space between the 2-tiers. Premium was extremely helpful in working through our ARB process and getting approval with the homeowner’s association as the wall bordered common area. As the old retaining wall was replaced, Premium took all kinds of extra steps to restore my border fence, gravel footpaths, replanted perennials and left the surrounding area looking better than when they started. And most important, the wall looks great and gets all kinds of complements. This is my second major project with Premium and would recommend this expert group to anyone looking for new pathways, patios or retaining walls."

"I hired E.T. General Contractor, Inc. and worked closely with Julio on a fairly large backyard cleanup. My backyard is about 9,000 sq. ft., and I received seven estimates. Julio’s estimate was in the middle of the range, but the main reason we chose him was the impression he made during our first conversation. He came out, inspected the property, talked through the options, and provided thoughtful recommendations based on what he saw. "Not only was the job done early and efficiently, they went beyond: after removing a large, old and very hard concrete slab, they even raked the disturbed area AND covered it with straw. It was amazing to see the driver maneuver the truck with flatbed as if it were a tiny smart car. And the way they sawed and removed the slab, was a sight to be seen. Just amazing workers!!!"

Our front steps were unevenly spaced with an almost 10" drop to the first step.  Mr. Langhorne explained how they would bring the steps into code and keep them from separating from the porch again.  His sons arrived on time and completed the job in one day as promised.  Something that was not planned for, but turned out to be unavoidable was the fact that the railing needed to be removed, as the angle was now wrong.  Not to worry a call was made to a guy who could assist with the iron work to replace the hand rail.

Caution tape was posted around the steps so no one would walk in wet concrete.  They not only cleaned up our yard but also replaced the grass divots removed before the steps were poured.  We are very satisfied with the work and will definitely use Langhorne Concrete services in the future.

"The old drain was removed and a 12" X 12" X 12" box drain was installed with a 4" diameter pipe to my inside the house sump pump.  This replaced a poorly installed 1-1/2" drain installed by the builder. In the past, water would enter the basement over the sill of the basement door because the old drain couldn't keep up with the water. The new drain just got it's baptism by ordeal with the 6+ inches of rain that fell recently and not a drop of water came in the house!

"They were remarkable. First, they excavated the minimum needed to repair our drain and install the CIPP liner. They saved our front cement and brick staircase (directly over the main house sewer line). They only removed one section of the sidewalk that was over the main house sewer line. When done, they filled and compacted the dirt, covered the lawn with straw (i.e., ready for me to add seed and to avoid erosion) and replaced the damaged sidewalk section. The workers were polite and respectful of both us and our property. There was truly minimal disruption to the household. We could not flush toilets or run water down the drains for about 3 hours each day they worked on the line. We contracted for repair of the pipe that was on our property. They completed this work in two days. We then added re-lining the pipe under the road to the county connection. The team added people for and worked late on the second day. Job done on day 3. The job took 3 days (as promised)."

"I contacted them via phone and left a message describing the job I wanted done . They phoned me a couple of days later and asked about the size of the tree and the location so they would know
what tools were needed. They said that sometimes they need to use the truck to pull the roots up. I gave them a description of the tree and its location and they quoted me a price of $210 over the phone. I sent them a picture via my iphone of the tree and the road in front of my house. They reviewed the picture and said they could do the job. I really appreciated discussing the job with them on the phone as another company I called did not.They said they could do it the next day in the late morning and I told them to come on out! They arrived at my house around 10 am and they were able to make quick work of the job. They  first cut the tree down with a chain saw and then dug the roots out with a pick axe and did not have to use the truck.They didn't damage any of the surrounding plants in my flower  bed. They also dumped some topsoil I had bought into the hole left by the roots. They took all debris with them and cleaned up my sidewalk afterward. They were very friendly and efficient. They did a great job!

"I saw Jonathan Swinging in my neighbors tree about a week ago. After i saw his clean up job from my neighbors property. I got ideas for our property. I called Jonathan and he came out that day to give me an estimate. He gave me 2 prices, first price was if i got the job done this week it would cost 450.00. Second price was 550.00 for anytime after this week. I had to talk to my husband before i could say yes, so i called back that evening and confirmed the day for his crew to come out.
