"All done well. Final seal on rhe deck took a while to get done (rain/wet surface delayed it). Phone contacts with road crews were the issue: did not alert us of a cancellation on a wet day they were to seal the deck, then showed up on a later date without warning or a doorbell ring when they did decide to do it. Good, hard, thorough workers, to be sure, and the office-staff phone contacts were all very responsive."

"Dave did an excellent job. He replaced steps that had been done by a previous contractor. The difference in the 2 examples of workmanship are like the difference between day and night. Dave's work is high quality and professional. He takes pride in hist work and it shows. Would  highly recommend him for any project. "Excellent work! At least 1/3 of my roof on the north side had a great deal of moss on it. On much of the rest of the roof there were small amounts of moss along the bottom edge of shingles, and there were patches in scattered places on the main part of the shingles. After Hector and his son cleaned the roof, it looked brand new. They removed plants and furniture from our deck before the job and replaced them after the job. They even did a light washing of the vinyl siding of the house, which was outside the agreed-upon scope of work, but they did not charge me for it. As a former member of a site safety office in a then-Fortune 50 company, I was particularly impressed with the excellent precautions they took to insure their safety on the roof during the job. Hector’s 27+ years of experience was evident in every aspect of the job. I plan to bring him back in a year for annual maintenance.
