Steve analyzed what the issue was, had all the tools and equipment, and did a masterful job in the installation. My phone call to Steve was well received, he gave me a very competitive price, and he delivered on his promise to be there within the hour. Steve is knowledgeable, efficient, and explained everything step by step as well as giving me some maintenance tips which he said would help make the water heater last longer than the typical 10-12 years.
