"Four Seasons Roofing installed a Diamond Roofing System on my house on 10/23/18. The whole experience was exceptional. Bill Taylor arrived on time on 10/13/18 to provide a free estimate for the roof removal and replacement. He explained the entire job in detail and was very knowledgeable and attentive to our needs. In addition to roof replacement, the chimney needed a new crown and regrouting. Also new gutters needed to be installed. I had received a call from their office staff to schedule installation date and expected time of arrival. The crew and material arrived 7:00AM as expected and work started immediately. This team was very professional and hard working. I was very impressed with the quality of work ethic and product they provided. I would highly recommend them for anyone who requires roof repairs or replacement."

"This was a complete and positive experience in dealing with a contractor. Contacted JJs Roofing through the list along with 2 other companies. Had email and phone contact with the principals of each company and arranged for persons to come to the site to evaluate the project and make accurate measurements for a more detailed proposal. Within the same day of making the evaluations, I received 2 competitive bids to do the job. The third competitive bid was submitted sometime later after I committed to JJs and had the work completed! The scope of work was similar in all aspects and there was only a slight difference in the price. To their advantage, JJs proposed to do the job in 3 days while the other bids proposed 5 or 6 days. Because this is winter and the weather plays a huge factor in the roofing business, I opted for the 3-day make over where nice weather was predicted. In dealing with JJs owner John Johnston, he was helpful and extremely accommodating. He was mindful of my own circumstances of having to travel from out of town to be present during the project's work days. I was extremely grateful for this consideration. Once I accepted the JJs bid, a crew was sent back to the job site to remeasure for the replacements skylight and the access door. These are custom items so it is important to be accurate. The day of the job, JJs sent a crew led by Hector Ramos who along with another worker had done the preliminary evaluation. The men went about the job with speed, efficiency and care. The unusual break in the weather was great incentive for the men to work. After the first day, the old roof was torn off and general repairs to the underlying structure was begun and completed. The roof was covered with a tarp for the night. Day two, the men showed up promptly and continued their work. When I ventured to the roof top, Hector took the time to explain in great detail the entire process and timetable for the work. Because there where other elements involved beyond just laying down a new roof, I appreciated his explanations. I had a skylight replaced, a new roof access door installed, the relocation of the main drain and installation of a down spout, and the replacements of vent caps. The entire crew were courteous and extremely professional. By the end of the second day, I was sure I had made the right decision in choosing JJs. The final day and Hector assured me they would be finished on time and before the expected rains would come. I glanced at their progress throughout the day and saw the work completed on time. The men were extremely careful to clean everywhere debris landed in or around the work area on top and on the ground. When they left, the entire area was spotless! It was great having the highly skilled professionals from JJs Roofing working on this project. It is with high confidence that I recommend JJs Roofing for your roofing needs. "Excellent work. Efficient and professional 6/21/17 Update after the rain / Tropical storm I have hired a company to repair, restore and repoint facade in my Queens home last year. I made a $10,000 dollar mistake by NOT hiring Milestone restoration Inc. The Last Company worked on my house not only did not repair my house but did more damage. This year, I went to Mik who is the project manager / owner?? of Milestone restoration Inc and told me he would take care all my problem. I did extensive research on his company and found not flaws. (license, insurance, reviews) His estimate is not the cheapest on the market. We hired him to replace the roof and repoint facade in front of the house. The contract was signed and due to weather delay, he had to push the starting date back a week. It worked out to our advantage given there was no rain while repairing roof and facade. His crew shows up and started to work without delay. Mr. Mik is on site everyday and give direction to the crew. On the contract, he performed all the tasks on time and with professionalism. His crew knock out my security light. Mr. Mik did not hesitate to replace the light and throw in 20 bucks for the inconvenience. He told the crew to own up to their mistake and promptly took responsibility. No excuses like other contractors. His crew worked on the hottest days of this year (97 degrees x 3 days). The work was complete on time he even washed the brisk because it was messy from last year's screw up job from other contractor. I wish I hired him first time around. The leak stopped, I have 10 year warranty from the company. I hope I will never have to use it though. we plan to use him again to fix the facade in the back of the house next year (ran out of money for this year). I would rate them as such: Neatness: 4.5/5 Quality of work core: 5/5 Quality of work cosmetic: 4/5 Efficient / Timing - 5/5 Communication - 4.5/5 - via text and email Price: 3.5 / 5 - but you pay for peace of mind, knowing the job will be done right. "After Hurricane Sandy, half of my mother's roofing shingles had blown off of her home as well as causing chimney damage and a water leakage problem from the chimney into the interior of her kitchen. After checking Angie's List for contractors, I hired City Wide Construction & Renovation.
After viewing the damage, Mr. Nadeem Mughal gave me a very good estimate for all of the repairs. His crew were always on time; they worked expeditiously and neatly and all were very respectful to Mom. Nadeem was a pleasure to speak with and was always courteous and professional with anything I asked of him. They matched the shingles as perfectly as they could, and the roof never looked so good.
They patched and repaired the leak coming into the kitchen which had caused damage to the wallpaper. After repairing the leak, they removed the damaged wallpaper; they supplied the wallpaper glue and then cut the portion of the wallpaper that Mom had saved, and patched that portion of the wall so well, that you cannot even see where the damage had been.
All three problems were beautifully repaired, and Mom and I are both very pleased. Nadeem guarantees all of his work for 5 years, and THAT alone says a lot about the contractor. I would highly recommend Nadeem and his men. Job well done.

"Rich and his crew did a great job. The job took one and a half days. The clean up was through. They used magnetic rollers to find any nails that fell around the house . What could have been a problem turned out fine. One of his workers accidentally put a 3 in. dent in my garage door. Rich told me he would take care of it , and he did. He arranged for a brand new panel to be installed (using my garage door company) and paid for it. No hassles, no excuses the replacement was taken care of immediately. Thanks rich for a job well done!!!"
