"I am not yet able to determine whether or not the expected results of the basement waterproofing work is satisfactory as I have not had a rainstorm or heavy rain since the basement waterproofing work was performed. I will, however, pay great accolades to Quality 1st customer service, especially to Kyle. I was troubled with the proposal for the job as certain aspects of the language would have left me at an unfair liability should something had gone wrong with the work. I explained this issue with Kyle who followed through until the proposal was acceptable to me. The work crew was exceptional in that they were punctual, worked quickly, neatly and were, without question, among the hardest workers ever to have done a construction project for me. The crew was headed by Wilver along with his guys - Manuel and Jose. Again, I will refrain from commenting on the expected results of the work performed until the appropriate circumstances occur. In summary, I would say that Quality 1st demonstrated A1 customer service and the crew that performed my basement work were hard workers with great attitude."

"Alex, the owner and lead contractor was a pleasure to work with. From start to finish the process was seamless. The waterproofing process was explained as well as the benefits from performing the work. Alex was personable, professional and knowledgeable. The pricing was very fair and competitive with the highest quality of workmanship."

"Kazi and his crew did excellent work on our basement and cornice. They worked efficiently and left everything in great shape. Our basement walls were crumbling and now they are clean and dry; and, our cornice is ready for the winter. Thank you Kazi!"

"Very Professional manner. On time as promised Cleans up after heâ  s finished"

"I used these guys for a remodeling job which included bathroom renovation, some minor electrical work, knocking down and installing new dry wall and painting. Class acts! We all hear horror stories about contractors not calling you back or not showing up on time or showing up at all. Not these guys! Hector, Moises and their crew really did exactly what they said they were going to do. Friendly, responsive and oh yea, solid work! Professional through and through! Highly recommend them and would use them again!"

"Headly was very knowledgeable and professional. He was also very honest to tell me that the issue was not an emergency as I thought it was. He gave me a lot of information about the water in our basement and advised me to call him if it happens again after a heavy rain. He also checked out and cleaned my gutter while he was there."

"Saiful and his team at Express Construction did a wonderful job on roofing and masonry work and exterior painting required for our brownstone. The finished exterior of the house looks great."

"I recently had a roof repair done, and I couldn?t be happier with the results. The team at dryshield arrived on time, were professional, and explained every step of the process in detail. They identified the issue quickly and provided multiple options before deciding on the best fix for my situation. The work was completed efficiently without causing any disruption to my daily life. They cleaned up thoroughly after finishing, and the materials used looked high quality. , and I?ve had no leaks or water damage since the repair. What impressed me most was their attention to detail ? They also offered a clear timeline and kept me updated throughout the process. I would highly recommend them to anyone needing roof repair or replacement. I plan to hire them again for future home improvement projects. Rating: ????? Recommendation: 100% ? "Excellent basement waterproofing service! The team was professional, knowledgeable, and worked extremely hard from start to finish. They explained everything clearly, repaired the problem areas, waterproofed the basement properly, and left everything clean when the job was completed. The difference has been amazing ? our basement is now dry and protected, even after heavy rain. Great workmanship, reliable service, and very fair pricing. I would highly recommend them to anyone needing basement waterproofing or foundation repair."
