"My Mac desktop began acting up in September of 2014.  When booting the desktop, it would continue to boot over and over again.  I brought the desktop to The Micro Geek in October 2014.  The technician performed diagnostic testing and determined that there was a problem with the hard drive.  They performed the repairs, taking care to save my files and data, and I picked up the desktop.  All was well for a while, and the problem returned.  I contacted The Micro Geek and they arranged to come to my house to pick up the computer for additional testing and repair.  They fixed the computer free of charge and returned it to me.  The problem occurred again in February 2015 and the Micro Geek continued to provide support.  In March, I took a bad fall and broke my arm requiring surgery and months of therapy.  I mention this because The Micro Geek kept my computer and had it ready for me when I could come and get it.  In the end, The Micro Geek discovered that I had corrupted Microsoft files that were causing issues with the Mac operating system.  The technician managed to save all of my files to an external hard drive and got my Mac computer running in top condition again.  This was a very complicated problem, and The Micro Geek did a fantastic job diagnosing, fixing, and providing support to me and  my computer.  After all of the issues, I paid no more than $250 for repairs and that includes the cost of the external hard drive.  I would highly recommend these computer technicians to anyone who has a minor, or complex, computer service problem.  The Micro Geek has skilled technicians who are persistent, knowledgeable, and professional in their work. <br />"

"I noticed that my computer wasn't working properly and I couldn't fix it. I purchased an Angie's List "deal" with Dave's Computers to solve the problem. Dave was able to remote into my computer and immediately knew that malware and/or spyware were affecting it. He ran software to clean it up and it worked but not completely. He then ran more software, removed a lot of junk, defragged the computer, and it worked better than when I got it. I was very impressed with his professionalism and service. <br />"
