I put the letter that I approved to have him to do it, and he never did get back to me at all. I had to call them like two weeks later, but what had happened, he had a big mailbox at the front of his house, I guess they didn't really use and then a regular mailbox, and I put in the big mailbox since I thought was for the roofing stuff. They never even opened that box up. So, I called up, then he went out and found that my insurance okayed it. The guys were really nice. I didn't see the owner really anymore it's the guys that work me, and they're all were nice to me."

"It was good when we finally got it installed. What I disliked about it was the installation, they only had two people installing. When it did come in, it took quite a while for them to install because they only have two people and it doesn't look like they work past five. We bought the big deal. The ShelfGenie itself, all of that looks gorgeous. The guy who installed it was nice but I think they need to have more installers that has more flexible hours. Now, I have my cabinets in and have thought about possibly getting another coupon from Angie's List if I can do that and use them again. They are pricey."

"Les Glover does and did everything. He replaced the bathroom medicine cabinet and sink with cabinet. He installed a new steel front door with all wood trim. Les replaced and repaired the siding on the house and garage. He repaired he soffit around the house. Les also painted the entire house and garage once all wood and siding was replaced or repaired. Les took care of many small details on his own, not needing to be told what to do. If something was not to his liking, he worked on it until it was. Les is very conscientious and is extremely reliable, not to mention that he is a very pleasant person to deal with. Even neighbors commented on his work ethic and abilities. The house looks brand new is now for sale."
