"Honest family business that does outstanding work, quickly? How can you top that. He explained a lot about lightning and the various dangers. Given my tall, metal roofed home in a wooded setting, I needed lightning protection. I've never had a problem in 23 years, until the past 3 months. The frequency and intensity of electrical storms is increasing. I had two close calls (at the expense of over $1,000 of electronics (that I had plugged into expensive surge protectors!) "We contacted Tim & Sheri Anderson to have our gas fireplace cleaned since no one had used it for years prior to us purchasing our home. Tim was very friendly and helped show my husband the basics of a gas fireplace (both of us grew up with wood-burning) and was also able to provide us with a free key to turn on the gas. We sadly didn't have the actual logs at the time of service or else Tim would have been able to install those as well. Once we were able to purchase our logs, they were booked up until the end of December unfortunately. Sheri was very responsive though and even offered to walk us through installing the logs ourselves over the phone since they didn't have availability, but we wanted a professional to do it since it involved the gas line, so we used another company to install the logs.

Mr. John Sherlock arrived at the time and date specified to give us an estimate.  He returned the following day with his assistant and performed the job in one day.  He installed 26 copper lightning rods on the flat roof of our 7,000 square foot home.  These rods were connected with 500 feet of heavy duty copper cable and were grounded at three points with ground rods going down through the drainpipes into the ground. All parts of the system were securely attached to the roof.  He did a neat job and cleaned up all excess materials.  We were very pleased with the job him did.  Since installation of the lightning rod system we have had no trouble with lightning striking the house or causing power outages or surges.

"I have a whole house protection policy. They didn't actually do the repair. I have the insurance policy through them and they contact someone to come out to do the repair. It's a $75 co pay."

"Very professional. Jeromy wore a mask. He was polite and cleaned up the area after the install. I have a Choice Home Warranty and called them for the plumbing repairs. All i had to pay was a contractor service fee. In the future if i need a plumber i will ask for the Company OSP Plumbing in the Henderson/ Las Vegas Nevada area and ask for Jeromy."
