"Flexible and professional. Was not super familiar with the model I had, but was nevertheless able to "diagnose" the issue which was the control board. Recommended I consider purchasing a new stove instead, rather than take the risk/cost of changing the control board. I did order a control board on ebay and replaced it myself (easy enough) - did not fix the problem. Bought new stove, but can't know for sure if this diagnosis was correct."

"Workman was excellent. Did not take advantage of me. Told me to try WD 40 on my lock before purchasing a new lock and it works fine now. Fixed my oven door, and my freezer was working when he arrived. He told me not to over crowned or block circulation and to call if it stopped working again. I was very satisfied with this company, would recommend them highly and would hire them again."
