"We had a broken outside faucet and were leaving town tomorrow, so needed it fixed. Jake, the owner of this business personally came out to fix it at the end of his workday so we could be on our way. He was fast, friendly and very reasonable for the repair. We really appreciate that he took care of our repair so well and with such quality work!"

"It was amazing to have the level of courtesy and professionalism from them. I called around 10am, had a tech out shortly after noon on same day, which all other places were days or weeks out. Norman was polite and extremely knowledgeable on the operating system and was able to fix a factory loose connection in a matter of minutes. The place I purchased unit from would not come out until middle of next month, so that shows the level of service they offer to their own customers. Well worth the service call fee which was considerable less than 3 other places I had called and was told several days/weeks. Will definitely suggest and use them myself should I need any other appliance repairs. Thank You Norman for being an Honest man for fixing problem instead of trying to suggest/sell unnecessary parts. Gives me hope that honesty and integrity still exists in this world."

"Steve and Ray came to our house the next day after we contacted them to see what would be necessary to locate the leak. We told them we had already contacted two other companies to come out and they could not find our leak. Steve told us they would not stop until they located the leak. It was a quoted charge and although they had to come back three different times for several hours they did not increase the charge! Steve told us this was one of the most difficult leaks to locate he had experienced. They did locate the leak and it is now repaired. This is one of the best and most professional companies we have ever worked with. Thank you Steve and Ray!!!"

"Mr. Wilson arrived right on time and got to work right away. I already knew the wax ring needed to be replaced. Mr. Wilson promptly diagnosed a leak in the toilet tank water supply line and replaced the line. Everything is in perfect working order now. Better than new. I will definitely use Wilson Waterworks again for any future plumbing work.

"Alvin was careful to explain prior to starting work that if he required extra supplies, etc it would be on top of the Angie's price. Also, that there was the possibility that it would not be a simple replacement. I expected that. The replacement turned out to be more complicated than I'd anticipated.
The plumbing pipes for hose bibbs are installed between the vertical studs. There is supposed to be a horizontal cross brace that secures the "inside" part of the bibb  with 2 screws into the wood. Turns out, when the house was built in 1997, no cross bracing was added inside the wall, so the unsupported pipe had been shifting each time we turned the faucet on or off for the past 17 years. So, when he went to remove the outside portion, instead of "unthreading" as it should have,  the copper pipe broke off at the joint inside the wall. In order to complete the repair, Alvin needed to make an access port on the interior wall. He very carefully sawed an 8x8" piece out of the drywall, added a wood cross brace to the existing framing, secured the plumbing pipe to it, then attached the new hose bibb on the outside. After completing the repair, he carefully re-fitted the piece to the wall and used some caulk I had to cover the seam.
We were charged only for the difference in supplies, not for the additional time involved, which I was grateful for. I was also relieved that we had decided to have this done. I hate to think about some day going out to turn the hose on or off and have a fountain inside the wall.
I felt he handled the situation very well, explaining to me along the way what the problem was and how he would fix it.

"Went very well, crew was on time, friendly, problem was found, resolved well within estimated time and quote. I would definitely do repeat business with Bowers Plumbing."

"They complete the work in the cleanest possible way. They have been very honest and I have had no additional problem with everything they have repaired from my sprinklers, to installing a brand new sink, or replacing the hot water heater."

"Exceptional service!  They scheduled for the day I had available, showed up exactly on time and completed the repair in a timely manor.  To my surprise they were also able to repair the wall that had to be cut out to reach the drain pipe.

"Sergio arrived punctually and analyzed the materials he would need for the repairs. He went to a local near-by hardware store and purchased the necessary sheet rock, which I paid for as it was an extra item. In order to get at the damage, he had to pull off a large 4x4 section of peg-board that itself had been torn. We discussed what might be done to replace, the peg-board but made no decision at that time. I left him to do the work, but when I returned, he had removed the peg-board so carefully that it could be remounted and used again, over the now completely repaired and re plastered damage! He also had spied a crack in the garage ceiling that I had overlooked, and repaired it with tape at his own initiative! Impressive work! I would call upon D&R again for this kind of repair. They also do other kinds of construction work, such as replacing cracked sidewalk or worn driveways."

"I cannot praise this business highly enough! My swamp cooler died on me, so I called PHC on Friday, they had a technician out at my house to look at my system and give me a free estimate by the following Monday. I was able to order the swamp cooler I wanted, and have it installed by the end of the week. It was very affordable, and everyone I talked to throughout this process was pleasant and professional, and they took the time to answer any questions I had. I will be going to PHC Systems for all of my heating and cooling needs in the future."
