"The guys showed up when they said they would and immediately got right to work! They were very polite and professional! They never took a break and explained everything they were doing along the way. They also answered multiple questions from us about the service and other concerns we had with the countertop. We were 100% completely satisfied with the job!! I would absolutely recommend HDZ Stone for any countertop project you have going on."

"My spouse and I have met up with several contractors, but most of them have been trying to sell, not help. A friend recommended Natural Stone Restoration. We finally settled, and it’s been a fantastic experience getting the Counter Tops renovated. The communication with Zura has been stellar and reassuring; we are glad we made this choice because our kitchen looks so amazing now. Zura was able to work within our budget while promising to deliver the best. We took his word for it, and we are happy we did. If I could give more stars, I would. We highly recommend this contractor."

"We purchased a 1924 bungalow in early 2021, which still had the original and not very functional kitchen. We enjoyed working with Roger from Kitchen Krafters in part due to his enthusiasm for old houses. He helped us to create a plan for remodel which made the kitchen much more functional, using some slight movement of walls and opening of space while also still mostly retaining the original charm of the house. We appreciated his flexibility, as he was able to start the dirtier demolition and rough work before we actually moved in, by adjusting his own schedule somewhat. He is very detail oriented, and he identified and corrected a structural problem in the basement that would have eventually become a larger problem and which could easily have been ignored by a contractor working in the kitchen upstairs. The finished product is beautiful and meticulously installed. Work included replacing all electrical/plumbing, reframing two walls, restoring hardwood floor that had been covered with linoleum for many years, new cupboards/back splash/quartz counters, and all in a newly designed configuration. We do have one concern that is not the fault of Kitchen Krafters. They only use cabinetry from one company, and we have been disappointed with the finish on that cabinetry (white), as the paint has been wearing off the corners of several of the drawers despite careful use over the past 8 months. Roger has been really helpful in touching up some of these areas even though he's been done with our job for 8 months now, and so that really speaks to the quality of his company. But, I would recommend that other cabinet manufacturers being considered for future use."

"Danny was a consummate professional… very timely, communicative, experienced, and knowledgeable. He set reasonable expectations, then promptly exceeded them. Cannot stress enough how succinct the whole process was. We love our basement countertops, the installation was top notch. Respectful with plenty of attention to detail while being clean and considerate. A rarity these days. A family business who work very well together! Thrilled!"

"Had to cancel first day due to strained back but came the next day with assistant and did the work requested.  Informative about condition of basement.

"It went well, better than I expected."

"Came and performed job on schedule. No hassles. Have since used them again for carpet cleaning work in the recent past. They did a great job."

"RRG removed ceramic tile from two hallways, leveled, replaced and repaired the subfloor in preparation for maple wood flooring to be put in place.  The reason we called RRG in the first place is because the floor company who was contracted to put in the wood flooring and refinish all our wood floors, did not do ceramic tile removal work.  We had seen RRG in our neighborhood on many occasions and we called them to see if the tile removal job wouldn't be too small for them to do. Joe gave an estimate that we accepted and was there on time to begin the two day job.
The job turned out great.  Joe and his crew were there for two days and left both work areas very clean.  This was a very messy job but they built containment blocks of plastic sheeting that minimized residual dust.
Joe and his crew were thorough and very professional.  If we had known in advance that they did wood flooring and refinishing we would have used them for the entire wood floor replacement and refinishing job.  We will use them in the future.

"I like the service, and they were very professional and on time."
