I set up an appointment with Neli and spoke with a very knowledgeable representative. He assessed the machine and was able to determine the likely cause of the error. After the appointment, I was sent information on ordering the replacement part and how to set up a call to install the new pump. I would use Neli in the future for any appliance issue!"

"The Repairman (Alex) arrived within 2 or 3 hours after the initial call. Upon arriving, he put booties on to cover his shoes and came in the house. After describing to him what the washer was doing, he went right to work. Within no time, Alex determined what the problem was and told us he would have to order the part.
