"My experience with Green Mountain Contractors was fantastic start to finish. I was purchasing a home with a 23 year old tar and gravel flat roof in the North Valley with signs of leaks in multiple areas. I worked with 6 different roofers that all had excellent reviews to get multiple opinions and bids. Green Mountain was able to come out the fastest, got me a bid within 24 hours, and Zach patiently walked me through different options (TPO, Silicone, and repairs to the tar + gravel). We talked through the pros/cons of each material and the cost differences. From a cost perspective, Green Mountain came in down the middle of the bunch. From a thoughtfulness, responsiveness, timeliness, friendliness, and professionalism perspective, Green Mountain was at the very top. Green Mountain was extremely communicative throughout the job. He checked in afterwards. His team showed up when they said they would and left the property as clean as they found it. Because this was for a home I was purchasing, Green Mountain had to run around and coordinate with the seller, the seller's insurance agent, myself, and the seller's agent. He also had to schedule the job with only a couple of days notice, and complete it within 3 days so we could make our closing date. Green Mountain was able to get it all done without making compromises on quality. Once I got into the home and inspected the roof, I found some extremely minor areas of concern. Green Mountain came back out promptly to address them. I will definitely be working with Green Mountain again on other projects for the home."

"Mountain top construction did a great job on the installation of our gutters. They responded quickly to provide us an estimate on the installation. Emailed the estimate for our approval. And the following week they scheduled and installed the gutters. The installation only took one day! The final product was awesome. They are a very professional crew and cleaned up the job site very well. I'd recommend them to anyone!"

"Austin was great, upgraded our flat roof and replace some broken tiles that was found as well. Very professional, responsive, and great guy. Will be recommending to all our friends and family."

"We received outstanding service and quality installation from Smith & Ramirez Roofing. We are totally satisfied with the new roof. Alex Ramirez gave us first rate service leading us through the process, describing the various types of roofs, and was very patient and professional in answering all our questions. Alex is very knowledgable and friendly. He was easy to reach, made all appointments, and kept us informed every step of the way. His office staff was also easy to reach and very helpful. The foreman and roofing team that did the actual work showed up on time each day and did a great job tearing off the old roof and disposing of it. The job-site was left clean and Alex personally came over to make sure everything was to our liking. The new roof looks so great that several neighbors came over to ask about the work that was done. We are very happy that we selected Smith & Ramirez for this job. Highly recommend!"

"Mark was totally proffesional as he went to school and was trained in what they call a TPO roofing system that has a warranted lifetime application.. The system was installed and all the gutters adapted and replaced. He also did some extras as stucco and made sure every thing was repaired and cleaned."

"Norm and his team were one of the most excellent roofing/business experience I have encountered in a long time. Work and the personable attitude made such a difference! He restored my faith in the roofing business in Albuquerque ! I will definitely call on him again, great guy!"

"It turned out fine. I had to travel back to the East Coast to visit some some other family. Then I came back and left a friend in charge of monitoring the install after I returned to Alaska. They did the work after the fact of me being there.

From the pictures that my friend took of their work, there was only 1 problem. But they came back and repaired it. I guess the supervisor came back and did a walk over after his crew did the work and he cleaned it up. They also advised me of some other work that needs to be done and that turned out pretty good too as far as the estimate. They will probably do it this summer. I plan on using them again on the stucco work.

"Henry did an excellent job with my roof that was damaged during a severe hail storm. Everything from the initial quote to the completion of the project was done exactly as he had promised. He’s very punctual and communicated with us each step of the way. He also finished the job right on time which was rarely the case in other contractors I had hired previously. I also hired him a second time to redo my fireplace and he also did an excellent job. You can tell he really takes pride in his work and goes the extra mile to make his clients happy. Highly recommended!!!"
