He was more knowledgeable about what needed to be done and pointed out various aspects of not only what was needed but why. The roof is 25 years old and two of the contractors who looked at it just wanted to put silicone on top of a leaking roof. The crews that Mr. Papez subcontracts with for the work are hard workers who show up early and do professional work. Admittedly, we were apprehensive given past bad experiences with other service providers. We were pleasantly surprised, however, by the punctuality, professionalism, and patience of Armando, Alex and the whole Smith & Ramirez team! Multiple consultations were held to ensure we had a full and complete understanding of everything entailed in the process prior to beginning.
