"Paul was amazing to work with, as was his son. In Phase 1, they tore down the fence and deck, took the debris away, and built a clean, well-constructed fence in very little time and left everything absolutely clean. A few months later we had a pergola installed by another company. Paul had previously given us an estimate for a deck to fit the pergola that we felt very reasonable and he stayed within that estimate for the final construction. On the day they arrived on-site, we added an additional component not in the original bid and he immediately said he could do it, and charged an extremely reasonable price for the additional work. The actual deck is extremely well designed and well-crafted - very professional, and blends beautifully with our old craftsman-style home. He and his son were hard, expert workers. I've had other contractors that stood around or took long lunches. In comparison, Paul and his son worked through a hailstorm and cold weather. They accomplished the whole deck in three days from start to finish, and left the site completely clean when they left. We really can't recommend Paul enough. They were professional, courteous, excellent workers. Their work was very solid and well-done. We would hope to hire them again for any construction we had in mind."

"We have bought two farms in the last three years. Each time I used Dave for all my renovations and field control. He can do almost any project with enough time given. He has a busy schedule, but once heâ s with you, his team is there til your job is done. We used his services for: Painting Exterior repair of home Interior repair of home New trim around shop and 2,300 sq ft home Installations Excavation Tree line clearing Gravel pad Concrete pad Road building Livestock fencing Driveway installation Soon heâ ll be working on a tiny home setup for my Mom and a large overhang for the livestock. Iâ ve used Dave for years. I couldnâ t be happier with his service and team. They are hard workers. They see delays before they become a delay. Everything suggested only adds value or beauty. He has never overcharged for the quality he provides. You get exactly what you pay for. I will use his service till he retires and for all of my projects."

"Frick Restorations was prompt every day until the install was complete. They are very kind and communicative. I was kept in the loop on everything going on along the way of the project. I explained to them my idea and they made it come to life with perfection. These guys are professional, do awesome work and backs it. I recommend Frick Restorations to everybody."

"Only thing they did themselves was the patio ceiling & French drain for my project. Acted as hiring contractor for all the other work. Overall project was a success, but I didn't appreciate how the lead crewman/ owner spoke to his employee. Subcontractors that were hired were excellent."

"Tony did a few projects in our new home, installed a mantle tv bracket for our 65" tv, replaced our kitchen faucet, and most importantly built an extension to our deck. We needed a lower level deck for our new hot tub. Tony worked with us on our requirements and how to incorporate the new deck with the existing one. This included removing an existing glass side railing and adding the stairs as well as replacing the railing on that side. The results are better than we expected. Overall his work is extremely high quality and attention to detail is outstanding."

"I just had Elm Construction Services replace the roof on our new home. I have to say, I’m really impressed. We went with asphalt shingles and they look beautiful! What I loved most was how professional everyone was. The crew showed up on time, worked efficiently, and actually cleaned up better than I expected - you’d never know they were even here. They were also super patient with all my questions (and I had a lot!). The quality of their work is top-notch. You can tell they really care about doing things right, not just getting it done quickly. My neighbors have even commented on how great the roof looks. If you’re in the Lake Oswego or Portland area and need roofing work done, I’d definitely recommend giving Elm Construction Services a call. It’s such a relief to find a contractor you can trust who actually delivers on their promises!"
