""Mike and ProCrafters came to my home on a cold, wet and windy day and spent over an hour on my roof with my insurance adjuster. The adjuster was doing his best to deny my claim but Mike continued to fight for me. At the end the adjuster awarded us nearly 20 thousand dollars. I alerted my neighbors to the fact that we had had a hailstorm in the middle of the night. Not a single neighbor even knew they had damage. Mike helped dozens and dozens of my neighbors get new roofs and siding that without Mike their eligibility was about to expire. I don't know the total number of people that benefitted from Mike and ProCrafters but I think it was close to 100. We had a derecho shortly after he had replaced all those roofs and not one of the roofs he replaced lost a shingle. Other roofs that had been replaced had to be replaced again. Mike sells and installs Malarkey Vista shingles. I STRONGLY recommend ProCrafters, Mike Voelker and Malarkey. Feel free to call me at 319-270-6857 and I will gladly tell you more about what he did to help Atkins,Iowa. Thanks""

"Des Moines Area Roofing was professional, trustworthy, and demonstrated excellent attention to detail from initial contact to job completion. Cleanup was so thorough that the next day you wouldn't even know that such a major project had taken place. It has been 2 weeks since the new roofs and we haven't seen even one stray nail left behind (and they did a complete tear down to both buildings, right down to the wood). An excellent company with which to do business. I offer my highest possible recommendation."

"I have some frustration with the process but the process upon roofing out is within just 3 days which is good."

"Well, the first time the replacement was ordered it was the wrong one, which of course, delayed the installation a week. When it was finally installed I had to pay an additional $850 for code upgrades. This I was not informed of by Home Shield. Then we noticed that there was water on the garage floor and found that the pipe coming in from the wall was leaking at the wall so had to call the plumbing company back out to fix it. They first tried to say it was not their fault but since there wasn't a leak before they installed they did fix it. I have used Home Shield a few times before and never had a problem. Some of the companies they use are not the best so you have to research them before you commit. I have found HS service to be good if you do your homework. At the end of the day I was without hot water for almost 3 weeks but it was do to the plumbing company they sent out."

"Friendly, hard working, and knowledgeable workers. Most everything done quickly. Still missing a section of weather stripping for one window. Follow-up not as highly rated. Called once to remind of missing piece. Received call back, but section not delivered as promised. Still waiting"

"Found Sentri on Angi. Jeanette and Violet were very pleasant and efficient in getting a contractor to me in the time frame needed. The contractor was excellent and the roof looks great! I would definitely work with them again if I had additional projects."
