"Owner was quick to respond to inquiry and could be here within a week (non-emergency cleaning). He texted when he was on his way, and he was punctual. Did a thorough walk through. I was concerned about adhesive left on the carpet from carpet protector during renovations; he used a special agitator for that and asked me several times during the cleaning if I thought it was looking better. He followed up several days later asking about the adhesive, which was very courteous! Good price, too."

Upon installation, his team was professional and very knowledgeable as they had been installing stair runners for 30+ years. "From beginning to end it was a wonderful experience. I arrived at Bell's after being frustrated at a big box store where my questions were only answered with little knowledge. I knew I wanted a specific carpet brand after doing a lot of research for the best stain resistant good quality carpet. But I was schooled by Fred on  pile size, whereas the samples from the big box store made me think they were plusher.
