They were on time for the appointment and were very thorough in their examination and pre-treatment. In the end, the carpets, and especially the stairs were cleaner than when we moved in! "I was very very happy with Floor Coverings International. The owner Marty was very knowledgeable and very detailed in providing me an estimate to have my stairs and my options for the landing. Upon installation, his team was professional and very knowledgeable as they had been installing stair runners for 30+ years. I was happy Marty was there on installation as well to discuss options, due to how my stairs were constructed. Overall I am very happy with my final product, Marty and his team worked tediously to make it perfect.  If I had gone with another company I received an estimate from, which the price was the same, I know the final product would not have been as beautiful and actually would have caused damage to my stairs. "
